Smooth is a highly professional and popular young cover band playing the mix of music that everyone will enjoy and covering all genres of popular hits from the 60's through to the chart hits of today. If you appreciate and love good music, with some great classics from ballads to rock guitar wizardry, then this is the party band for you.

Glen who is the bands experienced front man and singer was a successful finalist in the 'ITV Pop Idol' competition and came 15th overall. Glen was remembered for his rendition of Take That's 'A Million Love Songs' where he won over a huge audience, sadly not enough though to make it to the final 12. Since then, Glen has been producing and writing music as well as performing with Smooth and various other projects. He has performed at 100's of events with audiences ranging from private parties to outdoor events with crowds of over 10,000 people.

As well as having a great lead vocalist / guitarist, the band is full of consummate professionals who have appeared in a number of guises on many local / national radio and television stations and who enjoy nothing better than to play or teach their instruments. Smooth vocals, smooth musicianship and a smooth performance. Dance the night away with Smooth!!

A typical Smooth performance lasts for up to 2 x 60 minute sets and the band are self-contained with their own PA. Their set up usually takes two hours. Lighting is also provided and CDs are played during the breaks where a DJ is not present.

Suitable as / for: Wedding music, corporate entertainment, wedding band, a function band, party band, dance band, themed events, covers band plus other events.
