Groovalicious has set out to be a soul/funk band like no other in the area and have put together a repertoire that highlights them as a superior Commitments/Blues Brothers tribute band. With over 100 superb tracks in their play list, Groovaliscious offer a selection of great music to suit all tastes. The 11 band members hail from a variety of backgrounds and have formed a unique bond between them as friends and musicians, which is reflected in their performance.

Whilst the band was only formed in 2002, Groovalicious members can call on years of experience within the music industry, ranging from involvement with other bands to private tuition around the UK, enabling them to deliver professional and quality entertainment for private and corporate clients alike. The band is always well presented, defined by either the smart Groovalicious uniform or dinner jacket and tie for very formal events.

This outstanding band provides excellent value and entertainment, can include themed functions, ranging from soul nights to 70’s/disco parties. Please be aware that the band requires a suitable performance area at your venue.

A typical performance comprises of 3 x 40 minute or 2 x 60 minute sets. Please ensure your venue can accomodate a band of this size. They will need an equivalent area of 6 x 5 metres to perform in.

Performances are usually 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute sets with CD's during the break. A DJ service can also be provided to look after the music for the whole evening. Full PA and lighting is provided for up to 200 guests on the dance floor.
